When do I need to place the order

All cakes and treats are freshly made to order. Please place
your order at least 5-7 days in advance. No refunds or cancellations
without valid reason will be accepted.

When placing your order, please leave the following
information in the notes:

  1. Preferred delivery /pick up date (e.g. 27/08/2025)
  2. Your pet's name and age. If customization is required, please provide 2–3 clear front-facing photos.
  3. Any known allergies (if applicable)

🔔 Please note: We deliver once a week, except for birthday cakes, which will be delivered according to your selected delivery instructions.

Once your order is placed, we’ll contact you via email/ SMS to confirm your pick-up time and location.

Storage Tips

Cakes & Fresh Treats

  • You can freeze the cake/treats for up to 4 days after receiving it . (Do not heat the cake before taking photos.）

  • For the best taste and texture, we recommend finishing it within 4days and keeping it in the fridge.


Dehydrated Treats

  • Our products are freshly made to order. Each pack is clearly labelled with a "best before" date. To maintain freshness, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. Shelf life is up to 4 weeks.


Feeding Guidelines

  • All decorative toppers are for photography purposes only and should not be consumed.
  • Not recommended for puppies under 6 months old or pregnant dogs.
    For cats, small breeds, and senior pets, we suggest feeding in small
    portions.
    For pets with sensitive stomachs, please cut the cake into small pieces
    and warm it slightly before serving.
  • If your pet has a known allergy history, please inform us in advance. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions otherwise.
  • Every pet is unique. Some may experience mild digestive issues such as vomiting or diarrhea. Thank you for your understanding.
  • We cannot guarantee every pet will love the cake. For picky eaters, try
    serving it with their favorite treats or wet food.
